This studio boudoir session was definitely one for the books. Or...the blog.

Brittany totally killed it during her boudoir session. I mean, she's obviously beautiful and has an amazing body but she was also down to listen to all of my crazy directions and get into some not-so-comfortable positions. Successful boudoir sessions have less to do with body type and more to do with how willing you are to trust me and follow my bossy ass. Trust me, you'll want me to boss you around! I'll make sure you look so super sexy in your boudoir portraits!

I swear I'm nice.

She brought in her louis vuittons so OF COURSE I had her wear them with the leopard print coverup she brought along.

She also had a few options for bras like the pretty white lacey one and the pink one for a beautiful pop of color on the white sheets. Lingerie with pops of color look amazing on the studio bed. Just sayin'.

I love having clients browse my studio wardrobe but it's so fun when they bring in something special to them. The main goal of boudoir photography is to make a woman feel beautiful and confident in her own skin. What make you feel beautiful? Heels? A good pair of jeans? Nothing at all?

Any who, I love my job. I love making women feel like they can take on the world while looking good af doing it.

Kali did a bridal boudoir session with me a few weeks ago. She booked me last year for her wedding that is coming up this Saturday! Ahh, can't believe the day has finally come. I cannot wait to meet her soon to be husband and see her walk down the aisle on the day she has been SO excited for. Her joy and happiness about the fast approaching day has been apparent since the day we met at a starbucks to chat about wedding photography details and get to know each other a little better. She mentioned doing a boudoir session for her fiancé to give as a gift on their wedding day. BEST GIFT EVER. Seriously. What finance wouldn't just die to have a gorgeous album handed to them with insanely sexy photos of the woman he is about to be (willingly) stuck with for forever?!

I can't wait to see his reaction at the sight of beautiful boudoir images of his gorgeous bride to be!

I personally love the idea of a bridal boudoir session. This is a great gift idea to give someone at a bridal shower. I'd also love to do a boudoir bachelorette party with the bride to be and all of her bridesmaids. Drinking champagne, listening to music, getting makeovers, getting super sexy, empowering photos taken, taking about how exciting and fun the wedding day will be, and remembering memories they've all had together. Doesn't that sound like the perfect girl's day out?! Just putting that idea out in to the universe.... :)
